To ensure no confusion, I understand that accidents happen. New Moon clients may be granted one cancellation at no fee. If your appointment is canceled within less than 24 hour notice, your card on file will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. If you do not give notice or decline to arrive for your scheduled appointment you will be charged the full amount. You will be placed on a wait list if no fee is collected. Clients whom are 10-15 minutes late may be charged an additional $10 fee. Results may include rescheduling or minimizing your desired service. When you miss an appointment you take away an opportunity from another client trying to get in. I apologize if you feel New Moon has a strict policy this is just to ensure balance in the business.
